Hi, I’m Rick. I am a gay male living in a secluded mountain cottage with my husband. We’ve been together for twenty-four years and were legally married in 2016. This is my personal blog, where I write about my witchcraft practice and whatever else strikes my fancy. I don’t have a ton of followers, so I’m hoping you will consider subscribing to my posts. It’s free! I love to write. I have published two books about witchcraft and have written several articles for various pagan magazines.

I am an Old Ways Witch with my own practice that I sometimes share with private students. I am also a tarot reader and a certified Reiki Practitioner. I make my own candles, incense, oil blends and witch bottles. Over the years I have served as High Priest of various covens and magical groups. I am reclusive by choice, but sometimes I am asked to teach a class or assist with public ceremonies and rituals. During the Autumn months you may find me at local pagan festivals, where I offer my services. I am a devotee of the Welsh Goddess Cerridwen, but throughout the year I also acknowledge other Celtic deities.

I am a huge fan of Goth, New Wave and Post Punk music. I love Agatha Christie and Sherlock Holmes novels. I am obsessed with David Bowie and John Cena. Guinness is my drink of choice, but I won’t say no to a large glass of brandy. I am a coffee addict. I love anything British: especially British comedy, food, history and music. We went to London in 2025 and it was amazing.

I am currently writing my first novel about a family of witches.
